From loading to unloading
Drive time is charged from the moment we finish loading the vehicle to the moment we finish unloading at your new place. Under an hour it is a flat fee. An hour or more, it switches to an hourly rate.

In-home moving is for repositioning heavy items, such as sofas and washing machines, within the same property. It is not a full move. Furniture disassembly covers beds only, not wardrobes, desks or other furniture. The optional waivers are explained in the section below.

Deposit, cancellation & waivers
25% deposit, paid your way
A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due on completion. We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and in-person card machine on moving day. Pay your deposit once your move is confirmed.
Cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund
You can cancel within 14 days of booking and get a full refund of everything you've paid. After that, it depends how close you are to your move date: full refund more than 72 hours out, 75% of your deposit within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours, and 10% within 24 hours (including the day of the move). We ask for at least 2 days' notice before your move date. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Waiver & Late Key Waiver
Cancellation Waiver — 5% of your quote. Cancel after your 14 days and still get at least 75% of your deposit back, however late.
Late Key Waiver — £75. If your completion or key handover is delayed past your move date, we move your booking once to the next available date at no extra charge, or refund your deposit in full. We may ask for written confirmation of the delay from your solicitor, conveyancer, agent or landlord.
