Once we've confirmed your move and sent your invoice, use the options below to pay your 25% deposit and lock in your booking. Don't have a confirmed quote yet? Request one here.
How it works
A 25% deposit is due once your move is confirmed, with the remaining balance due on completion. We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal, plus card machine in person on moving day.

- We send you an invoice and your booking agreement to review and sign.
- Pay your deposit using the secure link on your invoice, or the options below.
Pay online

Sign your booking agreement

Cancelling after you've paid
You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of everything you've paid. After that: full refund more than 72 hours before your move, 75% of your deposit within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours, and 10% within 24 hours (including the day of the move). The optional Cancellation Waiver (5% of your total quoted price) guarantees you at least 75% of your deposit back, and the optional Late Key Waiver (£75) protects you if your completion or key handover is delayed.
