Can you help move heavy items around my home?
Yes — if you just need something heavy repositioned within your property, like a sofa or washing machine, that's £100 per item, no full move required.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes — for beds. £100 covers taking it apart and putting it back together at your new place; £50 if you only need one of the two. This service is for beds only, not wardrobes or other furniture.
What do commercial moves cost?
Commercial jobs are billed at £100 per hour. Tell us your building size and timeline and we'll confirm crew and schedule.
Is drive time part of the hourly labour rate?
No, it's billed separately: £50 flat under an hour, then £100 per hour once the drive hits an hour or more.
Can I book a larger crew?
Yes — crews of 5 or more movers are available for bigger jobs. Let us know the size of your move and we'll size the crew to match.
Do you offer storage?
Yes — monthly storage from our Croydon base, from £60 a month depending on unit size. See the storage prices or ask about storage.
Do you move people outside London?
Yes — local moves across London and long-distance moves across the UK. Every van rolls out with its own dollies, pads, wraps and straps, so there's nothing you need to supply.
Do you move houses, flats and offices?
All three. Houses and flats are billed by crew size and hours; commercial jobs are £100 per hour. See our services for details on each.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — a 25% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due on completion. We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer and PayPal, plus card machine in person on moving day. See Pay Your Deposit.
Can I change my mind after booking?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of everything you have paid. After that, it depends how close you are to your move date: full refund more than 72 hours out, 75% of your deposit within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours, and 10% within 24 hours (including the day of the move). What is the Cancellation Waiver?
An optional extra at 5% of your total quoted price, paid at booking. If you cancel after your 14-day cancellation period, you get at least 75% of your deposit back however late you cancel. It is not insurance — it is our agreement to waive part of our own cancellation charges. See the terms.
What is the Late Key Waiver?
An optional £75 extra for moves tied to a sale, purchase or tenancy. If your completion or key handover is delayed beyond your move date for reasons outside your control, we move your booking once to the next available date at no extra charge, or refund your deposit in full if you prefer. We may ask for written confirmation of the delay. See the terms.
