Your price, date and crew are as shown on your invoice. All prices are in pounds sterling (£).
A 25% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due on completion.
Cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund of everything you've paid.
After that: more than 72 hours before your move, full refund of your deposit; 48–72 hours, 75%; 24–48 hours, 50%; within 24 hours (including moving day), 10%.
Optional Cancellation Waiver (5% of your total quoted price): at least 75% of your deposit back however late you cancel after your 14 days. Optional Late Key Waiver (£75): free reschedule or full deposit refund if your completion or key handover is delayed.
